WHAT IS REALM CONNECT?

Realm Connect is a

real ministry tool.

​

  • Realm Connect is an online ministry tool designed for real time connection. It helps our church connect with you and you connect with us. If you consider yourself part of this church family, you’ll love it. Realm Connect allows you to manage your personal information and who is allowed to see it, control your giving, view and print your giving record and keep in touch with the groups that matter to you.

  • Realm’s primary purpose is community engagement by connecting you with the members of the groups that you participate in at Liberty. You will have access to your fellow group member’s contact information.

  • Given obvious privacy concerns, we do not provide member information online or in print without member permission when the Liberty member opts-in the Directory.

WHAT ABOUT MY GIVING?

 

Realm Connect gives

you control over your giving.

​

  • Giving should be easy, and Realm Connect places giving right in the palm of your hands from your phone, tablet or computer. You may set up recurring gifts, view your giving history, and make changes at any time. Realm® Connect.  automatically records all electronic gifts and adds them to your giving record making it easy for you to give, and easy for our finance ministry to track.

  • It allows you to access your giving statements  whenever needed.

  • It allows you to simplify your giving by creating a weekly, monthly or quarterly recurring donation that automatically draws from your bank account or credit/debit card on the date your specify. Your regular giving to the church continues even when you are out of town or unable to come to church.

  • It is secure. Realm uses an encrypted secure website for online giving to ensure protection of your sensitive information.

WHAT ABOUT MY PRIVACY?

 

Realm Connect is safe,

private, and secure.

  • Your privacy is one of our greatest concerns. Realm Connect is only made up of the people in our church, it’s not like a social network that’s open to everyone. 

  • Realm® Connect.  keeps your data safe and gives you control over what information you share and who can see it.

  • By default, your address, phone number and other contact information can only be seen by staff members, leaders, or members of the groups you participate.

  • Everyone else with a login can only see your name and photo associated with your profile. In order for anyone else to see your information, you must adjust your privacy setting  and opt-in to the directory.

  • Want to change the information you allow Realm users to see? Visit your privacy settings on your profile page. Primary Adults may also change the privacy settings of all members of their family.

How do I get connected to REALM Connect?

Follow a few simple steps.

Step 1: First you must have a login to use REALM.

​

Step 2: Using your device, locate and download the Realm Connect mobile app (by ACS Technologies) from the iTunes or Google app stores.

Step 3: Use the same login credentials to access your Realm Connect App. 

 

Things To Remember:

​

  1. Change your privacy settings (through Manage Privacy) so that other Liberty Realm users can see your basic contact information, if desired, or you can leave your setting to be viewable by staff only. 
  2. Look at the e-giving options.​

    • Check to make sure that we have your address and other personal information entered correctly under My Profile. If anything is incorrect, you can change it.

    • If you are NOT an e-giver, please consider this option for a simple, easy to control, way to give on a regular basis to support the ministries of the church.

    • If you are a current e-giver through the Givelify, please make plans to change your e-giving to Realm.
