OUR FIRST LADY
NICOLE F. ABRAHAM
Nicole F. Abraham was born in Washington, DC to Bruce and Cheryl Fleming. She was raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland with her two younger brothers. She grew up at Full Gospel AME Zion Church which later became From the Heart Church Ministries. Nicole received Jesus Christ as Savior in 1997. During her childhood and young adult years she served in the Childrens Choir, Orchestra and Health Ministries. Nicole graduated high school as the valedictorian at From the Heart Christian School. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Morgan State University.
Nicole’s passion and calling for health was cultivated at an early age. She has worked in healthcare for over 17 years in various capacities including pediatrics, medical surgical, rehabilitation, long-term care, urgent care, and family medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Marymount University and a Master of Science-Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons University. She is presently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Maryland School of Nursing.

After marrying her husband, Nicole joined The Word of God Baptist Church and served in the Health Ministry and Young Adult Ministry. She is married to Eric T. Abraham with whom she shares two beautiful children, Candace Imani, and Eric II. Their marriage is a natural example of how Jesus Christ loves the church. Together they enjoy cooking, traveling, football, movies, and spending time with friends.
Nicole’s favorite Scripture is Proverbs 3: 5 – 6: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy path.”
